摘要
近几年中心商务区（ＣＢＤ）建设问题引起了广泛的讨论。本文从ＣＢＤ的概念、演进过程出发，结合我国经济发展、城市结构的现状，提出ＣＢＤ规划研究的立足点和框架。
The CBD construction is widely discussed in recent years. This paper presents the foundation and framework of the CBD study in terms of its concept, evolution combined with the Chinese economic development and the existing' urban structure.
