摘要
从悬臂梁式光纤振动传感的基本原理出发,应用较为成熟的光纤连接耦合理论,导出了悬臂梁(反射体和敏感体)相对于稳定的光纤运动的一种光调制方法数学模型,通过计算机运算求得其特性曲线,为传感器的设计提供可靠的理论依据。
Based on the basic theory of fiberoptic vibration sensor with cantilever, this paper derives the mathematic model of light intensity modulation method for the case that cantilever (reflection body) moves relating to the static fiber by the means of the developed coupling theory of fiberoptic connector, and gains the characteristic curves by the help of computer. This paper provides a realiable theoretic basis for the design of sensors.
