摘要
开发了一种高纯铜新型复合精炼剂CBMR,研究了其精炼效果及其精炼产物去除机理。结果表明,CBMR具有同时去除氢、氧、硫的三重作用,且精炼产物易于上浮去除。精炼产物去除机理是精炼反应生成一种低熔点的化合物MgO·B_2O_3,从而易于聚合、上浮、去除。
CBMR,a new kind of synthetic refiner for pure copper has been obtained and itsrefining efficiency , eliminating behaviors of refining preducts are investigated。 The results showthat CBMR has the function to deoxidize dehydrogenate, and desulphurize simultaneously, andits refining products can move upward and be eliminated.One of the eliminating mechanisms isthat Mgo·B_2O_3,a compound with lower melting point is formed by the reaction between the tworefining prducts MgO and B_2 O_3 at some proportion,so the refining products are easy to beeliminated.
