摘要
以自制微型微波辐射器进行微波组织凝固(MTC),在优选离体组织凝固最佳功率、加温时间基础上,对21例中心型肺癌进行纤支镜下微波MTC治疗,观察治疗前后组织学及超微结构变化,并对临床疗效及安全性进行评价。
On the basis o obtaining the optima microwave power density and heating time from in vitro irradiation of human tissues,21 cases of centra type bronchogenic carcinoma were treated with microwave tissue coaguation through a ffibrobronchoscope.The minute microwave appicator was manufactured by the authors themseves.The histological and ultrastructural changes of the malignant lesions were studied prior to and after microwave irradiation.The therapeutic effects and safety limits of microwave irradiation were discussed.
