摘要 作者用抗溶菌酶抗体及抗sIgA分泌部分抗体作ABC免疫组织化学方法检测11例正常唾液腺中溶菌酶及sIgA分泌部分(Sc)的分布情况。观察到Sc可见于腮腺及颌下腺的浆液腺泡及小唾液腺的粘液腺泡之中,但颌下腺的粘液腺泡则为阴性;闫管及纹管亦有部分阳性细胞。溶菌酶仅见于腮腺及颌下腺的浆液腺泡;各导管的腺管上皮及颌下腺、小唾液腺的粘液腺泡均为阴性,结论:腮腺、颌下腺及小唾液腺均可产生Sc;溶菌酶由大唾液腺(腮腺及颌下腺)的浆液腺泡产生。 Lysozyme and Sc in 11 cases of normal salivary glands were studied with anti-Sc and anti-lysozyme antibodies. The results were as follows. Sc was found in the serous acini of parotid and submandibular gland and the mucous acini of mionor salivary gland. But the mucous acini of submandibular gland was negative. In the striated and intercalated duct there were some positive cells.Lysozyme was different from Sc. It only could be found in the serous acini of the parotid and submandibular gland. The lining epithelial cells of the ducts and the mucous acini of the submandibular and minor salivary gland were negative,The conclusion was that Sc could be produced by parotid and submandibular and minor gland and that lysozyme was secreted by the serous acini of the major glands(parotid and submandibular gland).
