紫外线照射局部体表对体外血栓形成效应的研究

摘要 作者以紫外线(UV)(50cm,剂量为261.17mJ/cm ̄2,照射面积为120cm ̄2)局部照射9名脑血栓恢复期患者左侧臀部1次,结果UV照射后2h时,体外血栓形成的长度及湿、干重均较UV照前明显地缩短或减轻(P均<0.01);优球蛋白溶解时间较UV照前显著地缩短(P<0.01);体外血小板粘附率、最大聚集率和聚集坡度较UV照前均无显著性差异.实验证明,UV局部照射不能影响血小板的粘附和聚集功能;UV抑制体外血栓形成,与其激活纤维蛋白溶解系统活性有关. The 9 cerebral thrombus patients in convalescence were irradiated by ultraviolet(UV)(50 cm,120 cm ̄2,261.17 mJ/cm ̄2)on the left buttock once,the length and wet,dry weight of the thrombosis in vitro 2 h after UV irradiation was shorter or less than those of pre-UV irradiation(all P<0.01),and euglobulin lytic time became considerablly shorter too(P<0.01);the blood plate adhesive rates and accumulative rates in vitro were no more than those of pre-UV irradiation. The results of our experiment indicated that local UV irradiation does not influence blood plate adhesive and accumulative function;UV inhibition to thrombosis in vitro relates to UV activation of fibrinolytic system.
