摘要
本文对新试剂4-(2-噻唑偶氮)-1,3-二氨基苯与钴(Ⅱ)显色反应的适宜条件进行了系统研究。结果表明,在pH7.5<sup>1</sup>0范围内,试剂与钴(Ⅱ)能定量显色,显色提高酸度至1.2M高氯酸溶液,测得配合物的最大吸收位于582nm,表观摩尔吸光系数eaat=8.84×10<sup>4</sup>。钴(Ⅱ)的浓度在0<sup>1</sup>5ug/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。定法灵敏度高,选择性好,用于维生素B<sub>12</sub>、含钴分子筛、铝合金及金川矿样中钴的测定,结果满意。
A sensitive and selective spectrophotometric method for the determination of cobalt is based on the reaction of cobalt with TADAB to form a complex which is stable in a medium of 0.9-3.5 M perchloric acid.
Its molar absorptivity is 8.84X104 at 582nm, The molar ratio of colalt to TADAB is 1:2. Beer's law is obeyed for 0-15g/25ml of Co.
The method has been applied to determine microamount Co in samples containing Co with satisfactory results.
