摘要
采用高效液相色谱-电化学检测器检测了大鼠脑损伤早期脑微血管中5-HT、DA的含量,探讨了二者对外伤性脑水肿的影响。结果显示,脑损伤后0.5h脑微血管中5-HT、DA含量以及脑组织水含量均明显增加,至伤后6h仍明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结果提示,脑微血管中5-HT、DA含量明显增高,严重影响脑微血管舒缩功能,损害血脑屏障,可能是外伤性脑水肿发生与发展的重要因素之一。
he contents of 5-hydroxytryptamine( 5-HT)and dopamine(DA)in the brain microvessels(BMVs)at the early stage of rat brain injury were measured by using high performance liquid chromatography withelectrochemical detector(HPLC- ECD),and the influence of the 5-HT and DA level changes on cerebraledema was studied.The results showed that the levels of 5-HT and DA in the BMVs increased apparentlyat 0.5 h ,and were still higher than the control value at 6 h after brain injury(P<0.01).The brain watercontent increased remarkably in the same time,The results indicate that the increment of 5-HT and DA inthe BMVs might be one of the most important factors in the production and development of traumatic brainedema following brain injury.
