研究了抗坏血酸还原能力随着酸度的降低而增强的特点。在低酸度下,抗坏血酸能在五分钟内使血红色的三价铁硫氰酸盐络离子的色泽褪至极低限。在此条件下,被还原的五价钼与硫氰酸盐瞬时形成橙红色的络离子,借此测量其吸光度。
The reducing power of ascorbic acid increases with the decreasing acidity. In low acidity the complex ions of the blood-red-coloured ferrisulfocyanate can be faded to minimum within 5 min by ascorbic acid and reduced Mo (V) combined with sulfocyanate to form reddish orange complex instatly. Then the absorbance of coloured complex is determined.
