摘要
本文介绍了晶闸管CO_2弧焊电源的平特性、陡降特性和斜降特性的形成原理,提出并实现了CO_2弧焊电源的一种理想的电流波形控制形式—双波控,分析了波控时晶闸管的滞后时间对焊接性能的影响,最后给出了常规CO_2焊,普通波控形式下、双波控形式下的焊接电流和电压的实际波形。理论分析和工艺试验表明,双波控形式的晶闸管CO_2弧焊电源具有良好的焊接性能。
The author introduces the forming principle about constant voltage characteristic、steep-dropping Characteristic and slow-dropping characteristic of CO_2 thyristor power source,puts forward a kindof ideal current wave form control style of CO_2 arc welding power source-double wave control.Thewave control influence of thyristor lag-time on weldability is analyzed,and the real wave form of normalCO_2 welding current and voltage under common wave control and double-wave control is depicted.It isshown throngh theory analyzing and technical testing that double wave control CO_2 thyristor welding powersource has good weldability.
