摘要
结合我国县级电网的特点,提出了三级分布式监控与管理模式的县调自动化系统,在总体结构、功能设计、系统配置、人机接口等四个方面进行了概要论述,在论述过程中,注重系统的整体优化,应用分布式功能工作站把SCADA系统深化用于电网运行的目标管理,为发展DMS系统奠定基础。
According to the characters of chinese county electric network, the paper puts forward au-tomatic system of three-level distributed monitoring control and management mode and gives a briefintroduction of total structure, function design, system configuration and man-machine interface infour aspects. The paper places emphasis upon the entirety optimization and the application of SCADAsystem to the object management of electric network by distributed working station.
