α－Ｆｅ_２Ｏ_３厚膜的成型与玻璃料的选取及玻璃料含量有很大关系，α－Ｆｅ_２Ｏ_３厚膜的敏感特性与Ｓｎ４＋的掺入量以及烧成温度有很大关系，找到了最佳的配方及烧成温度。
Formation of α-Fe2O3 thick film depends on selection of frit to be used for it and the frit content. Sensitivity of this film depends on Sn4- additive content and its firing temperature. Optimal composition and firing temperature of the material are found.
