摘要
利用金相、电子探针、X射线衍射、萃取碳复型、金属薄膜等方法,对汽车用热镀锌板的镀层结构进行了形貌观察和相分析.结果表明,镀层可分为三层:紧贴着基体是Fe-Al层,它是由Fe-Al金属间化合物组成;中间层是Fe-Zn层,它是由Fe-Zn金属间化合物及Fe-Al-Zn三元系金属间化合物组成.最外层是Zn层,但混有Fe-Zn金属间化合物.
The phase structure and morphology of the coating of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet for cars were investigated by means of electron probe,X-ray diffraction,extraction carbon replica,metal film and optical microscope. It was found that the coating consists of three different layers: the Fe-Al intermetal compound close to α-Fe matrix,the middle layer composed of Fe-Zn and Fe-Al-Zn intermetal compounds and the Zn surface layer.
