摘要
研究表明,同种金属复合时,随轧制温度升高.临界变形明显降低;异种金属复合时,合适的轧制温度不仅可降低临界变形程度,而且能显著提高界面初结合强度.用电子显微镜观察分析复合界面形貌证实,温轧复合有不同于冷轧团相复合的粘结机制.
The study results indicate that the threshold deformation at which materials of the same metal is bonding to each other decreases with increasing rolling temperature. However, for materials of different metals,a proper rolling temperature may not only lower the threshold deformation but improve obviously the bonding strength. SEM observation showed that a bonding mechanism during heated cladding is different from that during cold-rolled cladding.
