摘要 本文分析了非饱和含湿多孔介质微波冷冻干燥的物理过程,提出了一个更适合于实际情况的升令冷凝物理模型,导出了相应的传热传质微分方程组,模型中考虑了升华冷凝区内由于蒸汽迁移造成的合湿量重新分布及其对热质传递的影响;对传递参数分析表明,Luikov理论不适用于描述微波冻干过程。 Asublimation-condensation model is suggested for the freeze drying process of unsaturated porous medla,The differential equations of heat and mass transfer are developed. The model takes intoaccount the moisture redistribution and its effect on heat and mass transfer caused by vapor remove in sublimation-condensation zone,The analysis of transport properties shows that the Luikov ’s theory isnot applicable for describing the sublimation-condensation zone in the microwave freeze drying of un-saturated porous media while the model in the paper is more available for actual process.
