摘要
本文借助第一部份所提供的微机图象测试系统,采用新近提出的一种新的二值模式快速细化方法(FPTA),提取了V形纤维横截面的骨架,定出此骨架线特定中心——拐点,它分骨架线为二部分,分别对该两部分曲线作直线拟合,从而求得V字形纤维的特定中心和特征异形度夹角θ,及其他各项异形度指标。实测表明,该方法是准确、简便、快速和可靠的。
This paper describes a new method for Caculating the shape factor of 'V shaped fibers. First, Using the microcomputer image processing and analysis system and a new fast algorithm for thinning binary patterns, the skeleton of cross section of 'V' shaped fibers is obtained. The arms, The apex point of the 'V' shape of the fibre as well as the angle θ between the too arws are worked out automatically by the instrument.The caculation for paramters of the shape are automatically followed. The resullt indicates that the new method is accurate, simple, quick and effective.
