摘要 本文以聚四氟乙烯(PTEE)悬浮体为氟化剂,对悬浮体制样ETV-ICP-AES直接测定生物试样中不同挥发性元素锡、铜和镉的蒸发行为,影响因素及分析性能进行了比较研究,得出了相应的规律性。在选定实验条件下,本法测定MO,Cu和Cd的检出限分别为0.43、4.2和141ng/mL,RSD分别为3.8%、4.2%和2.2%。提出的方法已应用于CRM281生物标样分析,结果与参考值吻合。 A method for direct determination of Mo, on and Cd in biological samples by nuorination electrothermal vaporization-ICP-AES technique with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) disperser as a fluorination agent has been described. The vaporization behaviour, effect factor and analytical characteristic of above mentioned elements with different volatile in ETV-ICP-AES were studied and the correlative regularity was obtained. Under selected experimental conditions the de. tection limit of Mo, Cu.and Cd were 0. 43, 4. 2 and 141 ng/ml, and the variation coefficients were 3. 8, 4. 2 and 2. 2% respectively. The method proposed has been applied in analysis of CRM 281 biological standard samples, and the results determined were in good agreement with the certified values.
