摘要
在磷酸盐生理缓冲溶液中,葡萄糖的浓度在一定范围内与循环伏安法(CV)的峰电流成线性关系,利用这一关系,进行了多份血液样品中葡萄糖含量的测定,并与例行的“葡萄糖氧化酶-过氧化物酶比色法”(GOD)测定的结果作比较,发现测定结果是满意的.
According to a linear dependence of peak current on the concentration of glucose in the range of 0-11. 1 mmol/L in Kers-Ringer phosphate buffer physiological solution, taken advantage of this relation, the determination of glucose in several blood samples is presented. Results compared with the routine method of serum glucose oxidase are satisfactory.
