摘要
本文报道了双乙酰被引入到鲁米诺-过氧化氢化学发光体系中可以增强发光强度的实验事实,建立了测定双乙酰的分析方法.该法线性范围为6.0×10^-7~1.2×10^-5mol/L,相对标准偏差为2%;检出限为4.0×10^-7mol/L.并应用于啤酒样品中双乙酰的分析,结果良好.
When diacetyl was added into the system of luminol-peroxide, more intensive chemiluminescence was observed. A new analytical method for the determination of diacetyl was given. There is a linear relationship between the intensity of chemiluminescence and the concentration of diacetyl in the range of 6. 0× 107-1. 2-10-5 mol/L. The detection limit is 4. 0× 10-7 mol/L. The RSD is 2%. The method has been applied to the determination of diacetyl in beers with satisfactory results.
