摘要
本文较系统地研究了新显色剂2-(4-氯-2-膦酸基苯偶氮)-7-(3-碘苯偶氮)-1,8-二羟基-3,6-萘二磺酸(间碘偶氮氯膦)与铋的显色反应分光光度法测定铋。在硝酸和磷酸的混酸介质中,间碘偶氮氯膦与铋形成2:1的深色配合物:最大吸收波长在680nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.48×10 ̄5L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1),该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,Bi(Ⅲ)在0~18μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律,用拟定的方法测定了可锻铸铁中的微量铋,结果令人满意。
simple and sensitive spectropho-tometric method to determine Bi(Ⅲ)hasbeen developed.In a mixture medium of ni-tric acid and phosphoric acid ,bismuth reactswith chlorophosphonazo-ml to form a stablecomplex. The composition of complex is 1 :2(M : L).The wavelength of maximum ab-sorbance of Bi( Ⅲ)-chlorophosphonazo-mI is680 nm,and its apparent molar absorptivityis 1.48×10 ̄5 L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1). Beer's law isobeyed in the range of 0~18μg/25 mL.Themethod was applied to the determination ofBi in iron sample with satisfactory results.
