摘要
本文研究了指示剂中性红与亚硝酸根在盐酸介质中的亚硝化反应,亚硝化产物在近紫外区有一灵敏吸收峰,其最大吸收波长为351nm,据此建立了一个简单、快速、选择性好的测定亚硝酸根的新紫外光度法。本法NO_2 ̄-浓度在0~1.8μg/mL范围内服从比耳定律。本法应用于肉制品中NO_2 ̄-的测定,结果与经典的盐酸萘基乙二胺比色法基本一致。
A new fairly selective and simple UVspectrophotometric method for the determi-nation of nitrite is developed. Nitrite reactswith neutral red in acidic medium(HCl)toform a product with maximum absorbance at35 Inm. Beer’s law is obeyed over the con-centration range of 0~1.8μg/mL NO_2 ̄-. Theanalytical results of nitrite in pork productsare in agreement with the results obtained bythe N-(1-naphthyl)ethylenediamine dihy-drochloride photometric method.
