摘要
在pH6.1~6.7的磷酸盐介质中,钯(Ⅱ)与二溴羟基苯基荧光酮-溴化十六烷基三甲铵于室温下反应,生成水溶性和稳定性皆佳的紫色三元配合物,最大吸收波长为600nm,对比度为70nm,表现摩尔吸光系数为9.48×10 ̄4L.mol ̄(-1)’cm ̄(-1),桑德尔灵敏度为1.12×10 ̄(-3)μg.cm ̄(-2),钯含量在0~7.0μg/10mL范围内服从比尔定律。据此提出了一个灵敏、简便分光光度法测定钯的新方法,用于合成试样和贵金属合金中微量钯的测定,结果满意。
A new spectrophotometric method forthe determination of microamounts of palla-dium(Ⅱ)has been proposed,In phosphatebuffer medium at pH6.1~6.7,Pd(Ⅱ)re-acts with 2,6,7-trihydroxy-9-(3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxy)phenylfluorone-3(DBHPF )andcetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB) to develop a stable , soluble com-plex. The complex has a maximum absorp-tion at 600nm,with the apparent molar ab-sorptivity of 9. 48 × 10 ̄4L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1)。The molar ratio ofPd(Ⅱ) to DBHPF in thecomplex was estimated to be 1:2.The cali-bration curve is linear up to 7.0μg/10mLPd.The effect of other metal ions has alsobeen investigated.The method has been sat-isfactorily applied to the determination of Pdin synthetic samples and a metallurgicalproduct after interfering ions have been sep-arated by extraction with dimethyl glyoximeand chloroform in acidic medium
