The separation and determination of amino acids by reversed-phase HPLC are described.The pre-column deri-vatization and UV absorption detection are described emphatically. This method is stapte and cost saving with no peak broadening. The products of derivatization are more stable and most of them can be separated under room tempera-tures. The cxperimental results for amino acids in amino acid injection and protein hydrolyte soluton are given.
