MMC诱发癌患者及正常人SCE的初步研究

摘要 DNA损伤或其修复能力的改变均可导致SCE率的变化。本文以自发SCE及诱发SCE率为指标,分析了正常人不同年龄组及癌患者淋巴细胞SCE率的改变。结果提示:自发及丝裂霉索C诱发SCE率不受年龄变化的影响,癌患者自发SCE与诱发SCE显著增高。SCE未回复率结果表明,癌患者DNA损伤后修复效率较正常人降低2.5倍。 Both the damage and the decreased repair capacity of DNA can affect SCE frequency. To investigate the relationship of DNA repair level with age and tumor development a study was carried out by spontaneous SCE and SCE induced by Mitomycin C (recovering SCE) in normal individuals and cancer patients. The res ults showed that the spontaneous and recovering SCE frequency was not influ enced by age, but their values in cancer patients was significantly higher than those in controls, indicating that the capacity and potentiality of DNA repair in cancer patients was significantly depressed. These might reflect the malignant status of cancer patients. Analysis of nonrecovering ratio of SCE suggested that repair efficiency of DNA of lymphocytes in cancer patients is 2.5 times less than that in control. The higher non-recovering ratio of SCE is, the more supression of DNA repair capacity does.
