摘要
将磁铁技术应用于电子束辐照交联电线电缆的束下工艺。一套传动设备配以不同型式的磁铁,形成三种辐照方式,适应了全规格电线电缆的要求,芯线截面0.5—400mm2含扇形线,线缆外径φ1mm-φ40mm,最大可达φ60mm。给出了能量选择公式,束流利用率和辐照均匀性的公式和分析。与实验结果相比较,两者较为符合。
We have applied magnet in under beam technology of EB irradiation crosslinking wire and cable. The facility composed of a under beam fixture with various magnets has the function of three irradiation models so that it reaches the requirement of all kinds of wire and cable from 0.5 mm2 to 400 mm2 in the core section including sector cross--section or from φ 1 mm to φ 40 mm in diameter and maxium diameter up to φ60 mm is available. This article describes these three radiation models and their formulas about demanded energy, beam efficiency, radiation uniformity. Experimental data are corresponding to these formulas.
