水分胁迫对小麦叶片内源多胺的累积和乙烯产生的影响 被引量:7

摘要 用春小麦陇春10号LongchuenNo.10和旱选4号HanxuanNo.4的幼苗为材料研究了─1.0MpaPEG溶液胁迫处理对叶内多胺含量和乙烯产生的影响及品种间的差异。旱选4号和陇春10号的离休叶片均有较强产生乙烯和累积精胺的能力。胁迫处理后,它们的内源多胺和乙烯的水平都明显提高,并随胁迫时间延长增多。品种间比较、丁二胺和多胺含量的变化相似,但旱选4号产生乙烯和累积精胺的数至比陇春10号多,而亚精胺的含量则较少。表明这些差异可能与小麦品种的抗旱性有关。 In this paper,effects on polyamines content and ethylene production were studied by usingLongchun 10 and Hanxuan 4 seeding isolated leaves as materials treated with─10 MPa PEG solu-tion.The differences between the two species were also compared on the same condition.Leaves from the two species had much stronger capacities in producing ethylene and accumu-lating spermine.Their endogenous polyamine and ethylene levels increased significantly afterstress treatment.Moreover,they rise with the treated time.The changes of contents of pu-turecine and polyamine in two species were similar.But the amount of ethylene produced andspermin accumulated in Hanxuan 4 were greater than that of Longchun 10. On the contrary,thecontents of spermidine were lower in Hanxuan 4.These differences might be related with the ca-pacities of drought resistence of wheat species.
