摘要
研究了7种铜合金在南海榆林站海水中8年的腐蚀行为结果表明,7种铜合金的平均腐蚀深度与时间关系符合H=aTb规律,其平均腐蚀速度随时间而下降,利用EPMA、X衍射分析了HSn62—1、QSn6.5-0.1腐蚀膜成分、结构与耐蚀性的关系.
Seven copper alloys were exposed in South China Sea for 8 years. Results show that the relationship between the average corrosion depth of copper alloys and the exposure time can be described by H=aTb and that the average corrosion rates for copper alloys decrease with time. The corrosion product film formed on some copper alloys was analysed by EPMA and X-ray diffraction. The reason that HSn62-1 has good resistance to general corrosion is due to the Sn enrichment in the local zone of inner corrosion layer and the inhibiting effect of the formed tin compounds on the dissolution process of the anodic phase.
