摘要
通过不同热处理工艺得到4种不同组织的LY12铝合金型材,用金相、透射电镜和扫描电镜能谱分析。
In order to study the influence of microstructure on the exfoliation corrosion of 2024 aluminium alloy, four kinds of sample with different microstructure were prepared through different heat treatments. The corrosion behavior of the samples was studied by means of both the accelerate test with salt spray and the open air exposure for six years in a marine atmosphere. The microstructure and composition of the corrosion products were examined by metallography and SEM with EDS. The relation between microstructure and exfoliation corrosion was also discussed.
