摘要
本文对一种三维增强纤维复合材料的结构与性能进行了研究。通过对手工纺织的三向纤维增强复合材料的分析,建立了其细观力学模型,并在此基础上导出了反映其宏观力学性能的本构关系,同时采用具有相同纺织结构的试件进行试验,对本文的理论结果进行了验证。此外,通过对三维复合材料与层合板的力学性能进行对比试验,说明三维增强复合材料的综合性能,尤其是层间剪切性能得到了很大的改善和提高。
This paper studies the structure and property of 3-D reinforced fibrouscomposites. A micromechanical model is established by analysing a kind of 3-D manualtextile structural composite, and based on this analvtical model,the constitutive relationreflectingits macro-properties is obtained.Some experinments are carried out to prove thetheoretical results of this paper by using the 3-D composites specimens that have the sametextile structure. In addition,the contrastive tests are done between the 3-D reinforcedcomposites and laminated composites. It shows that the average properties of composites,especially the interlayer property,are greatly improved and increased because of the 3-Dreinforcement.
