摘要
调查了攀钢1号,2号烧结机密封设备的磨损变形情况;系统测定了2号烧结机中修前后各部位的漏风情况;分析了漏风率高的原因,提出了降低漏风率的主要措施。在1号,3号烧结机头尾风箱安装重锤式密封装置及改进炉篦塞加工方法后,漏风率均降低了5.44%。
An investigation was made into the wear and deformation of the seal equipments of No.1and No. 2 sintering machines at Pangang(Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co.).Air leakage occuring at various Iocations of No. 2 Sintering machine was measured before and affer its intermediate re-pairs. The mechanisms of the high leakage rate were investigated and the measures to reduce the leakage rate were proposed.The heavy-hammer seal devices were installed on the wind boxes at the head and tail of No.1 and No. 3 sintering machines and methods for machining the grate play were improved,resulting in a reduction of air leakage rate by 5. 44%respectively.
