摘要
应用体外培养细胞法和单细胞阳离子测定系统研究了稀土Ｌａ￣（３＋）与巨噬细胞的作用。实验结果表明，在培养介质中ＬａＣｌ＿３的浓度高子２ｍｍｏｌ·ｄｍ￣（－３）时，有明显的细胞毒性。配合物Ｌａ（Ａｌａ）＿３Ｃｌ＿３的细胞毒性小于ＬａＣｌ＿３。Ｌａ￣（３＋）对细胞膜上的Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道存在抑制作用，使细胞内游离Ｃａ￣（２＋）浓度发生变化。Ｌａ￣（３＋）对细胞膜Ｃａ￣（２＋）－ＡＴＰ酶有激活作用。
The action of rare earth La￣(3+) with alveolar macrophage is studied by meansof cell incubation and Cation Measuretment system. The results are mainly as follows:1、In the 2mmol.dm￣(-3) Lacl_3 incubation medium, there is obvious cytotoxicity.2、The cytoto-xlcity of La(Ala)_3 cl_3 is lower than that of LaCl_3. 3、La￣(3+) could block the Ca￣(2+) channelin the cell membrane .4、 La￣(3+) could make the Ca￣(2+)-AT Pase of crythrocytice membrane active.
