介绍一种新的喷煤总量自动控制方法。该方法是采用总管补气来调节喷煤量,用微机控制。在马钢二铁厂1号高炉进行的工业试验表明,这种控制方法是可行的,其设定量与实际量相比误差小于±3%。
The industrial test on a new method of automatic control of coal mass flow rate has been completed on No. 1 blast furnace of second ironmaking factory at Maanshan Iron&Steel Co.The method is that the coal mass flow rate changes with supplementing gas at a single pipe,and the coal flow rate is controlled by microcomputer.The result,shows that the method is feasible,and the error of set rate and actual rate with a tolerance of less than±3%.
