摘要
参照攀钢提钒炼钢厂连铸中间包尺寸及其连铸工艺参数,用有机玻璃制作一个与实物之比为1:4的物理模型。通过测定中间包内钢液停留时间分布曲线(RTD),计算其平均停留时间及死区、活塞区和混合区占中间包容积的百分比。由此,确定合理的中间包挡渣墙设置位置,并推荐中间包内液位的临界高度,更换大包时的最低液位和正常生产液位,对攀钢连铸生产具有一定指导意义。
Based on the continuous caster tundish dimension and process parameters used at the V-recovery and steelmaking plant,Panzhihua I.&S. Co.,a tundish model of 1/4 full scale was made of organic glass;The residence time distribution(RTD)curve of molten steel in the tundish was measured and the average residence time,and volumetric proportion of dead ,plug-like and mixture zones were calculated.Theresults obtained are a basis to determine rational dam location,and it was proposed from these results that critical liquid level , minimal liquid level when replacing the ladle and normal production liquid level in the tundish,providing a guardance for continuous cast-ing operation at Panzhihua I.&S. Co..
