摘要
采用ODF分析方法对IF钢冷轧板在退火过程中织构变化进行了分析。结果表明,随退火时间的延长,冷轧IF钢板在α,γ取向线上的{100}<110>,{112}<110>,{111}<110>,{111}<112>织构有所增减,其中{111}<112>织构明显增加。最终形成以{111}<110>,{111}<112>为主的退火织构。这正是使IF钢获得优良深冲性能必要条件。
By means of ODF(Orientation Distribution Function)analysis,the de-velopment of texture during annealing has been investigated in cold rolled IF steel sheet. According to the experimental result, the orientation distribution density of{100}<110>,{112}<110>,{111}<110>,and{111}<112> on the α-fibre and γ-fibre of cold rolled IF steel sheet increases or decreases with increasing annealing duration. In it,the {111}<112> texture increases remarkably. The dominant texture obtained in annealed IF steel sheet is {111}<110>and{111}<112>.which are the essential factor of extra-deep drawing characteristic far IF steel sheet.
