摘要
在论证了提高目前国内CT绝缘性能要求的必要性的基础上，也探讨了其实施的可能性，并列出了改进结构CT绝缘性能大辐度提高的实例．
Necessity of improving on insulation performance of domestic CT at the present is expounded,and the possibility to improve it is a1so investigated. It is shown by an example that the insulation performance of CT with improved design is improved greatly.
