摘要
分析测定了ABS塑料冲击断面的形貌特征及对应的分形维数值,结果表明,不同断面形貌特征所对应的分形维数测量值不同,ABS无缺口冲击强度随满足自相似原理的形貌特征所对应的分形维数测量值增大而线性增高。不满足自相似原理的形貌特征所对应的分形维数测量值与宏观冲击强度间无明显关系,但其大小仍合理在征了相应尺压范围内的形貌特征变化。
In the present paper,the fractured surface morphology and corresponding fractal dimension of ABS plastics were studied and measured.The results shown that the fractal dimension value for different fractured surface features were different.Un-notched impact strength of ABS plastics increased linearly with the rise of fractal dimension value that dominated by the fractured surface features which existed self-similarity.Although there were not relations between impact strength and fractal dimension value that is dominated by the fractured surface features which lost the self-similarity on the small size range, but the variation of these fractal dimension values demonstrated the change of fractured surface morphology reasonably.
