摘要
用差示扫描量热法和偏光显微镜考察了3种经硅烷偶联剂表面处理过的玻璃纤维(GF),在含量为20%~30%时,对聚丙烯(PP)的结晶行为和结晶形态的影响。结果表明,当GF增强体系从熔体以降温速度φ>25℃/min冷却时,发现有少量PPβ-晶形成,但当φ≤15℃/min时,它们对PP都无成核作用,GF增强体系中PP的结晶速度比不含GF的PP快,这可能与在结晶过程中基体树脂的收缩以及GF与基体树脂热膨胀系数的差异,导致GF表面大分子链与基体材脂产生拉伸和剪切应力,从而诱导并加这结晶所至。由于GF的加入,基体树脂的球晶结构变坏,且在GF含量增加变得更为严重,N,N'-4,4'-二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺的加入对增强体系中PP的结晶行为无显著影响。
The effect of three types of glass fibers(GF) treated with silane coupling agents on the crystallization behavior and morphology of polypropylene(PP) containing 20%-30% GF was investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry and polarizing microscopy.The results showed that they did not have nucleation on PP when the GF reinforced PP(GFRPP) was cooled down at less than 15℃/min from melten state but a light effect on the nucleation and crystallization of PP β-crystal at cooling rate of higher than 25℃/min.It was found that the crystallization rate of PP in GFRPPs was higher than that of PP without GF.This may be attributed to the tensile and shear stresses between the matrix and the macromolecular chains at the surface of GF arised from the contraction of matrix and the difference of thermal expension coefficients between the matrix and the GF during crystallization,which inducing and accelerating the crystallization of PP.The structure of spherulite crystals of PP deterirated as the result of the addition of GF,especially in the case of higher cooling rate and higher GF content.N,N'-4,4'-diphenylmethane-bismaleimide did not have obvious effect on the crystallization behavior of GFRPPs.
