摘要
用差示扫描量热法测定了Ⅲ型改性剂对MC尼龙-6等温结晶行为的影响。结果表明,Avrami指数n、成核机理、晶体生长方式及结晶晶型基本不受改性剂的影响,Ⅲ型改性剂使MC尼龙-6熔体等温结晶条件下结晶速率变慢,结晶度χc略有降低,平衡熔点升高6℃,有利于改善MC尼龙-6的韧性及耐热性。
The effect of modifier Ⅲ on the crystallization behavior of MC nylon-6 has been studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Avrami exponent n,the mechanism of nucleation,spherulite growth style and the crystal form of MC nylon-6 have been influenced by the modifier Ⅲduring the isothermal crystallization from melt.By adding 1%(mass) modifier Ⅲ into MC nylon-6,the overall bulk crystallization rate and the crystalline degree decrease.Equilibrium melting points optained by Hoffman-Weeks analysis was increased about 6℃ in modified sample compared to normal MC nylon-6.Modifier Ⅲ improves the toughness and thermal stability of MC nylon-6.
