摘要
研究了通过有机可溶性前聚物合成聚噻吩乙炔(PTV)的某些性能。其导电率随热处理温度和时间不同而改变,适宜的热处理温度为200℃左右。I_2和FeCl_3对PTV膜具有较好的掺杂效果,掺杂时间和掺杂剂浓度影响PTV的导电率。PTV膜具有较好的力学性能、I_2掺杂PTV膜导电率有极好的空气稳定性。并从微观结构上对影响PTV导电率的某些因素进行了探讨。
Conductive and Mechanical properties of polythienylenevinylene(PTV) prepared from a organicsoluble precursor polymer were studied. Its conductivity varies with temperature and time of thermal treatment.Iodine (I2) and ferric chloride (FeCl3) are effective dopant for PTV.The doping time and concentration of dopant affect conductivity I2-doped PTV film has good air stability in six months. PTV film has excellent mechanical property also.
