摘要
对等温锻造后的TiAl-CrV的超塑性进行了研究,发现在适当变形条件下,等温锻造状态的TiAl合金也可表现出较大的超塑性。同时发现,高温氧化对该合金的超塑性能有所影响。在较低温度下低氧压预处理可以改善此合金的抗氧化性和超塑性;在较高温度则显不足。
Superplasticity in isothermally forged TiAl-CrV is studied in the paper.It is found that theisothermally forged TiAl alloy displays good superplasticity under proper deforming conditions. Theoxidation at elevated temperature affects the superplasticity in TiAl alloy. Heat treatment under a lowpartial pressure oxygen atmosphere is effective in improving oxidation resistance and superplasticity in TiAlalloy at low temperatures,but the effectiveness is poor at elevated temperatures.
