摘要
本文修正了单产品间歇化工过程设计的数学模型并提出该问题的启发算法,该算法包括设备尺寸计算与过程综合。将实例计算结果与文献值进行了比较,证实了方法的正确性。与文献相比,本文因考虑到了同步平行单元的设置并将所增加的中间贮罐及半连续单元的费用纳入总投资而更切合实际。
In this article, we modify the mathematical model for design of single product batch plants and present a heuristic procedure, including equipment sizing and process synthesis. The heuritics proved to be correct when was used to solve an example taken from the literature. Compared with other strategies in literatures,this procedure is more practical since in-phase units are taken into consideration and cost of the intermediate storage tanks and the added semicontinuous items is included in the investment.
