摘要
为克服在冷轧堆练漂工艺中用硅酸钠作双氧水稳定剂出现硅垢的弊病,选用固体型双氧水非硅稳定剂EM-88代替硅酸钠。通过2对比试验,认为应用EM-88作双氧水稳定剂织物的毛效、白度及强力等半制品质量指标基本达到了硅酸钠的效果。
A solid non-siliceous stabilizer EM-88 applied in hydrogen peroxide treatment is being used in cold pad-batch scouring and bleaching process instead of common stabilizer sodium silicate. This stabilizer can overcome the defects of using sodium silicate which would easily produce scales. Through contrasting laboratory determination, results are obtained that the qualities like capillarity and whiteness of the fabric treated by hydrogen peroxide with EM-88 stabilizer can also reach the standard specifications as sodium silicate.
