摘要
测定不同听力水平的42只耳40Hz听觉相关电位反应阈和纯音听阈,结果表明,二者之差在10dB以内,并且在500Hz,1000Hz,2000Hz语频段结果一致,可用来准确估价听阈。通过二个病例分析,说明将这一客观的听力学检查方法应用于职业噪声性耳聋的诊断具有很大的实用价值。
Hz auditory event-related potential threshold and pure tone threshold were measured for 42 ears at different audition levels. The results showed that difference between two methods is within l0 dB, which is in compliance with the results obtained at 500 Hz, 1000Hzand 2000 Hz. It indicated that this objective audiological method , 40 Hz auditory eventrelated potential threshold,might be used to evaluate the hearing threshold and in diagnosis of the noise-induced hearing loss.
