摘要
选择４℃条件，以生理盐水、ｉｌｏｐｒｏｓｔ液、改良ｉｌｏｐｒｏｓｔ液为保存液，对兔胎脑皮层组织进行保存的研究。从台盼蓝染色、碘化丙啶染色经流式细胞分析及光镜、电镜检查等方面判定保存后的活性。结果表明，改良的ｉｌｏｐｒｏｓｔ液能较好地保存组织活性及正常的神经结构。

study the cytoprotective effect of iloprost on the viability and
survival of embryonic cortical brain tissne of rabbits,the cortical
brain tissue were preserved from 1 to 5 hours by saline,iloprost,and
improved iloprost solution. The viability of preserved tissue has
been evaluated with trypanblue exclusion,fluorescent stain with P1
by Flow Cytometry, and morphological measurement.The resultsindicate
that iloprost solution has more potent protection for embryonic
cortical brain tissue of rabbitsthan saline,and the improved iloprost
solution can promote the protection of iloprost in vitro.
