摘要
伽玛刀（γ－刀）是治疗震颤麻痹有效而安全的方法，作者设计了一套ＭＲ定位的方法。本组２７例均以震颤为主，治疗有效率为７５％，未出现近期并发症。

patients with Parkinson’sdiseases.The use of MR localization was
applied.A group of 27 patients mainly sustained from tremorwere
treated withv γ-knife thalamotomy.The effective rate of the thearpy
was 75%。No short-termcomplication was appeared in the therapy.
