摘要
从理论上和实验上,将一声光驻波调制器插入纯被动锁模YAG激光谐振腔内,使其特性显著地改进,即锁模几率达到百分之百,锁模阈值明显地降低,锁模脉冲列的稳定性显然提高。并用雪崩晶体管串供Pockel盒选取单脉冲用的高压方波。在此基础上,再经两级激光放大及二、三倍频谐波发生器。
By inserting an acousto-optic standing wave modulator into a pure passive modelocked YAG laser resonator,the laser properties have been improved objiously. The mode-locked probability is as high as 100%, mode-locked threshold is lowered obviously. The stability of mode-locked pulse train is improved significantly,and the high voltage square wave for Pockel cell selecting single pulse is developed by the avalenche transistor train. Based on these results, ultra short laser pulse light source of high stability and high power intensity active-passive mode-lockedYAG laser is developed with two stage laser amplication, and two and third doubler.
