摘要
采用Micro-FTIR法研究了不同程度的肺癌细胞组织内蛋白质二级结构的变化,获得了肺癌的恶性程度与表征蛋白质二级结构的α螺旋与β折叠两者之比值的关系。
The secondary structures of the different lung cancer cells have been studied by Micro-FTIR spectroscopy. The amide I band was analyzed by using deconvolution and curve-fitting process. The result shows that the rate of α-helix and β-sheet increases with the increase of disease seriousness.
