摘要
主要实验结果是:(1)证实了适量加入N_2和He有利于提高输出功率及电效率,(2)微量CO_2(0.06托)使输出功率略微下降,但不严重。(3)微量O_2(0.06~0.15托)使器件工作开始时的输出功率有效提高,在器件工作数小时后,输出功率和没O_2时接近。(4)H_2才是CO器件危害最大的杂质气体。采用铜电极的室温封离式的CO激光器获得20W/m的输出功率。
Main results are: (1)It is justified that output power and electrical efficency can be increased by taking adequacy amount of N_2 and He. (2)A littleCO_2(Pco_2=0.06 Torr) make output power decrease,but not much, and it is different from reference. (3)A little O(P_o=0.06-0.15Torr) make output pomer increace very much when the laser begin operating. After a few hours,the output power is nearl as much as the output power without O.(4) It is the harmest gas to CO laser. The sealed off CO laser with copper cathode has an output power of 20W/m at room temperature.
