摘要
本文描述了利用Mach—Zehnder干涉仪探测两单模光纤臂之间的压力差的测量原理及实验结果。压力的变化是作为光干涉条纹花样的移动而被观察。实验测量出的压力灵敏度与理论值进行了比较,并分析了误差产生的原因。
The paper touches upon the principles and experimental results for measuring pressure difference between single-modefibers arms by means of Mach—Zehnder interferometer.The changes of pressure is observed in the process of moving of patterns of light interference.A comparison is made between the pressure sensitivity measured in the test and theoretical value from which the cause of difference is derived.
