摘要
本文简要介绍了双歧生长因子的种类、性质和用途，着重论述了双歧生长因子（主要是低聚糖类）对老年保健的生理作用，并提出研究开发新型高效双歧生长因子和寡糖保健食品的内容和方向。
This article presented briefly thd types, the properties and the applications of bifidus growing factors, discussed emphatically the physiological action of bifidus growing factors (mainly the oligosaccharides) on the health of the aged, and proposed the content and orientation referring to the development of the new type and effective bifidus growing factors and the health care foods of oligosaccharides.
